  8. This tool parks or restarts a HD unit, either given by its DOS device name
  9. or the name and unit of the exec device driver. All partitions on the
  10. parked unit will be unaccessible to the dos afterwards. To be able to
  11. restart the HD, "Park" can be made resident.

  19. HANDLER:    Device name to be parked, or name of the volume. To restart
  20.         a unit, this must be the device name.
  21.  
  22. DEVICE:        Alternatively the name of the exec.device, if HANDLER is
  23.         not available. The keyword "DEVICE" must be used for that
  24.         purpose.
  25.  
  26. UNIT:        The unit number of the exec device.
  27.  
  28. FLAGS:        The flags for opening the device. Defaults to zero and is
  29.         usually not required.
  30.  
  31. SCSI:        If given, try to park the unit with direct SCSI commands.
  32.         This should work with all scsi.device compatible device
  33.         drivers.
  34.         If not given, try to use the CMD_START and CMD_STOP.
  35.  
  36.         Unfortunately, most device drivers do not support 
  37.         CMD_START/STOP. The "SCSI" keyword is therefore almost
  38.         always required.

  40. ON=START:    Restart the device and the partitions in question.
